Peyronies Disease. Curvature.

DAMAGED OR POORLY DEVELOPED CORPORA CAVERNOSA OF THE PENIS.

Curvature of the penis is caused by internal scarring or fibrosis. The effect is the same as when sticking  strong tape to a sausage balloon then blowing it up. The balloon will curve where the piece of tape is because the tape will not stretch with the rest of the balloon, scar tissue does not stretch though the rest of the undamaged tissue will.

Peyronie’s disease is characterized by the formation of hardened tissue (fibrosis or, plaque) formed in the tunica albuginea of the affected penis. This condition causes curvature or bending of the penis during erection, and is very often painful.  There is no cure, but  the Project 'P' exercises do reduce the symptoms - dramatically, by improving the curve and penile fitness.

The penis, being composed of  the corpora cavernosa (erectile tissue); the corpus spongiosum, (which contains the urethra); and the tunica albuginea (sheath that surrounds the erectile tissue), with the main feeder artery  located deep between the corpora cavernosa, and the veins returning blood to the body mostly to the outside of the tunica, just under the skin.

Cases that develop suddenly seem to be caused by trauma to the penis (e.g., invasive penile procedure, injury, extremely vigorous sexual activity). Invasive penile procedures include urethral catheterization, cystoscopy, and trans urethral prostatectomy. Peyronie’s disease occurs in as many as 3% of men, often young but usually between the ages of 30 and 60, however, this figure may be higher, as many cases remain unreported due to patient reluctance to seek medical help, or unremarkable symptoms.

Cases of Peyronie’s that develop over a longer period of time occur more frequently in men with family members who have the condition or Dupuytren’s Contracture, suggesting a genetic link.  Diabetics are also  considered to be at risk, as is having a vitamin E deficiency considered as a cause of contracting Peyronie's disease.

Symptoms of Peyronie's disease include the following:

Hardened tissue (plaque) in the penis. A lump or lumps may appear within the penis on the upper surface, often referred to as "rosary beads"
Pain during erection, this may happen before any curvature is noticeable. The pain seems to be a very early sign and wear off after a while
Curvature in the penis at full erection, this may develop very suddenly, it may be in more than one place so the penis is twisted.
Distortion of the penis, indentation, shortening, loss of rigidity at the bend.
Males with Peyronies disease often hurt their partner during intercourse.

Plaque usually develops on the top of the shaft, causing the penis to bend upward during erection, or it may occur on the bottom, or on either side. In about 13% of cases, having plaque in the penis does not cause severe pain or curvature, and the condition resolves on its own. In severe cases, pain and extreme curvature result in erectile dysfunction.

The Project "P" exercises enlarge and strengthen the weakened and  under-developed spongy tissue (corpora cavernosa) openings, by encouraging and improving blood circulation through the penis. This tissue is expansive and with exercise the weaker developed areas are expanded to assist in straightening the penis. At the same time, the fitness of the tiny valve muscles that close to hold the blood in the penis' cells during erection is greatly improved.  Thus  providing a stiffer, longer lasting, more satisfying erection

During development years from fetus to manhood and into old age, a man's penis is developed and refreshed by having  multiple erections, caused by stimulation or none whatever. A major cause of a curved, or banana shaped, penis is by  constantly  wearing restrictive clothing.

The penis and testicles are supposed to hang suspended, to be able to relax or lift according to body temperature. For optimum testosterone and sperm production, the testicles require to be at least two or three degrees below body core temperature. Clothing should be chosen to allow the penis and testicles to hang free at all times, to allow the natural erections to take place, and to provide an unrestricted flow of blood through the penis.

Causes of a curved penis include;

  • Restrictive clothing. (tight briefs)
  • Sports injury; unusual sex positions, or physical damage.
  • Being born with a generally weak and poorly developed penis.
  • Symptoms:

  • Curved or banana shaped penis.
  • Painful erections.
  • Lumps on or inside the penis, restricting the flow of blood.
  • Difficult, uncomfortable or impossible penetration for sex.
  • Soft, weak erections, premature ejaculation, poor orgasms.
  • Outlook after performing the Project 'P' exercises:

  • There will be straightening and strengthening of the penis. However, should the penis not straighten out completely - by  having done, and then continuing to do - the exercises faithfully will prevent further curvature and will help to prevent Peyronies Disease.
  • CURE THAT CURVE   -   PREVENT PEYRONIES DISEASE.

Peyronies Disease is a condition where the penis has suffered an injury to the erectile tissue and that area of tissue no longer engorges with blood when the penis is aroused. Commonly this tissue turns into plaque and therefore no amount of exercise is going to alter this tissue! During arousal the surrounding tissue engorges normally and this causes a "bent" penis. The bend occurs at the point of the damaged, or plaque tissue.

This can be tremendously painful and embarrassing and even surgery is not 100% effective in correcting this ailment. Anyone who uses the term Peyronies Disease and says that you can fix it on their program doesn't know a thing about anatomy, disease and maybe even penis enlargement so beware!  (Sketches available in our members area)

Why does the penis curve? It's due to the fact that human beings develop in the womb in two halves and at different rates, split right down the middle. You can prove this to yourself in a variety of ways including one foot is larger than the other, one arm is slightly longer than the other, one leg is slightly longer than the other, you have a seam in your palette (the roof of your mouth) and there is a seam on the underside of your scrotum (or, ball sac - for those into layman's terms).

The penis also develops in two halves and at different rates. If the curve is to the right, the left side of your penis is ever-so-slightly longer than the right and if it curves to the left it is vice-versa. Using our "Straight Jacket™" exercise you will very effectively even out the difference resulting in a very much straighter penis!
